Private sessions are a great way to tailor a workout to your needs and focus on your specific goals. If you are a complete beginner it is a great way to build confidence and grasp the basics quickly. Kirsten can come to your home, garden or workplace.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice I will transfer the fee over to another class of your choice.
