Private sessions are a great way to tailor a workout to your needs and focus on your specific goals. If you are a complete beginner it is a great way to build confidence and grasp the basics quickly. Kirsten is based in Surrey and can come to your home, workplace or you can visit Kirsten at the Loving Pilates Studio in Woking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice I will transfer the fee over to another class of your choice.
